Hello Doctor my son Sudarshan now 20months old. he is not speaking words. only one word calling amma. calling hoon, whoo like that. when he was in 9 month old he is calling amma, appa, thata now calling. we are worry about it. Now we are day by day take him to park to play. He is enjoying. kindly give some suggestions.

please don't force your child to mingle with others.

if a child respond to his name ,make an eye contact while talking , understand what you say well then no need to worry.
just keep talking with your child more.
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
it will definitely help.
but don't force your child
