Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than 4 years of age if the baby is having fever you can give paracetamol syrup calpol 250 3.5 ml three times a day to the baby and consult a doctor for proper advice

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom As ur baby is 4 years old, and is having temperature then u can give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F. U can also repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again.
