hello doctor my son just slipped down from bed in slowly motion towards his nose...he got little blood from one nostril a very little spot drop like...he is active now...is anything to worry?...when I look in his nose I found nothing injury

A. Hai good afternoon !! As you observed slight bleeding from nose ,might have hit inside nose bone which is not visible ,it is better to consult Doctor ENT specialist . As nose is sensitive part ,soft bone physical check up with Doctor is best .
