hello doctor.. my son is suffering with fever 103degrees.. since last night.. and he have dry cough and snoring... nose blocking... we gave medication for fever babygesic 250mg and for cough amicet and neblozation of duolin for every 6-8hours is there any other medication.. please suggest us thanku

Give plenty of rest.
Offer plenty of fluids.
Use a clean humidifier or cool mist vaporizer.
Use saline nasal spray or drops fir nosal congestion

use Nasoclear saline nasal drops
use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
monitor temperature at regular intervals
you can give crocin ds syrup for fever
