hello doctor , my son is suffering from diarrhea and vomittting from 3 days he was given emeset injection and prescribed ondem syrup 5ml thrice a day

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its knohyywn as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucodus high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
