hello doctor my son is of 3.8 he doesn't eats properly food but when I keep him on dewarming next day he will have his food in proper portion but i can't even give him every time please suggest me what to do

Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose after 14 days once thishj cycle should be repfeated every six months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor

Of course you cannot you can only give it in six months one time so that’s definitely something I would you say to be on the safer side I do advise you to get it checked with your doctor for deficiency of iron haemoglobin levels are less that time also these things can happen so one time you definitely should get a check to as wellWrite Your Answer Here
