hello doctor my son is now 38 months old and he copying me and answer my questions correctly like when I say jhony jhony and ask him to say ab kya hoga he say yes papa and he can say 5 english rhymes ,5 hindi rhymes, sense organs,atoz ,1to 20 correctly but not talk in own sentences is this normal

Baby yes only 3 years of age having normal intelligence and milestones according to age for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
