hello doctor, my son is just completed 1 year. I am giving curd rice for him since 1 week at afternoon. Can I give curd rice to him at night as well ? is it good for his health?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am If you keep repeating the same food day and night on an every day basis you will not even realise that your child will start heating it after a while because you do not understand how important variety is ..
so yes you can give it into the night time if you want to but practically do you really think it’s good to give same meal every day to your child all the time
