hello doctor My son is in fever since 3 days Medicine is not working, all hospitals are closed due to strike, plz help me doctor.

A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having feverd armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out ford at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor. d

A. hi first thing ,pls keep your child well hydrated give decoction of warm water with pinch of salt and tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2hours rub onion slices or give sponge bath to reduce the temprature dress your child lightly give peracetamol drops
