Hello Doctor, My son is Grinding his teeth while sleeping. why this is happening and what to do ?

due to abnormal alignment of the jaw, intensef concentration or situational anxiety and stress, teething , dreams anxiety, teethirng pain, digestion problem and gas, dental caries and dental pain.
some times worms
usually self limiting. meet your dr for more information

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and most of the babies grind baby teeth due to worms and also due to stress and please evaluate once with doctor in person and follow the prescription after that.
