Hello Doctor, My son is four years and two months old he speaks in words like milk bread he don't want to speak in sentences sometimes he is saying Mumma come . We have started speech therapy.Please suggest me some medicine or syrup for speech delay nd concentration.

A. Hello dear parent! Complete the therapy. Read good books like Babyhug story books for your child to keep engaged. Communicate more effectively with your child. Encourage your child to express and share. Be patient and persistent in your efforts
