Recently he had fever due to tooth n he had a very bad cough.. His doctor given Fevago 250 and kofarest.. now this issue has started like something is stuck in his throat., He is having food properly.. please help me

A. please visit a pediatrician and it checked. High grade fever and cough are never due to teething. please get proper clinical examination done and your doctor will tell you the treatment
