Hello Doctor,My son is 94 days old and nowadays he sleeping in night for 6 to 7 hours continuously.Is it fine or we have to wake baby in between and feed them.

A. Hello mom yes that’s fine babies can only sleep well ones they are quite full and most babies can’t sustain hunger . So when awake she is taking her feed and also gaining weight gradually then not an issue
