Hello doctor, my son is 9 yrs old and he is complaining about stomach hurting.Can you please advise some home remedies.

A. Take some carrom seeds add some rock salt into that and give it to the child with warm water that is definitely going to help and if you don’t have any oral medicine precisely for stomach pain then you can give paracetamol that will also help in reducing the pain
