hello doctor, My son is 9 months old nw. can I give dry fruits

A. t yes you can almonds, cashews, walnuts can be crushed and added in kheer , porridge etc. soaked raisins can also be given as finger foods. avoid dryfruits as whole as it may be a choking hazard.

A. Hi mom Yes, u can give dry fruits to ur baby. U can give almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, raisins, pista, dates, etc. U can either make powder by dry roasting these or u can make paste of dry fruits by soaking them in water.
