hello doctor my son is 8 mnths old but his teeth didn't came yet is it normal

Yes that is completely normal as a child and have its first teeth by the age of 17 months on the higher side so you can easily wait till that much of a time and if you do not see that happening by the time of 17 also then in that case you can check with your doctor one time
