Hello doctor, my son is 7 months old and I have started to feed him with semi-solids, vegetable puree and fruits. Can you plz tell me which fruits n veggies to avoid so that he doesn't have constipation? Thank you.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it is com in kids .Constipation is very common in babies ; mainly due to low fiber intake . So increase the quantity for water and fiber . Also lactulose can be used if severe constipation is there.
