Hello Doctor My son is 7 months now he is having loose motion is it for teething purpose . please suggest some medicine here

Loose motion are most of the time infective where igt is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis wherfe symptomatic treatment along with management fgor dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
