hello doctor my son is 6yr old his fasting blood sugar is 88 but hba1c is 5.8 and total cholesterol is 189. I am worried about hba1c level and lipid results. can you tell what should I understand about this report. I am attaching the report.any doctor pls give me the diagnosis.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 month agoA. Hello Mom HbA1c for kids is < 7.5 % fasting is a fine range of between 70 to 99 mg /dl though his total cholesterol is bit on the higher side

Madam the report could be suggested by a doctor you’ll have to wait for the doctor to be available they will be able to give you better guidance on the report that is there and whatever doubts you have associated whatever treatment if any is required they can recommend you on that basis itself
