#AskTheExpert hello doctor My son is 5yr old..can u suggest vitamin d3 daily dose....is 1000 iu safe?

A. the baby is more than five years of age there is no need to give vitamin D3 drops the baby at this age and less baby is having Dikshit see all the dairy products good source of calcium and vitamin D exposure to sunlight baby will get vitamin
