Q.

Hello doctor My son is 4months old and he has cough and cold so doctor suggested clarithromycin oral suspension USP antibiotic and for cough coughwar syrup ! So I can i give this to my baby and syrup is suggested to 4months old baby please guide me ! Some says only drops is suggested to a baby! And he also suggested nebulization for baby

A. follow the dr it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor. take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification
