Hello doctor, My son is 4+ years can we give maggi noodles he asking me daily I want to eat noodles etc ? pls can u suggest any other alternatives for this π?

Maggi is actually not good it has been proved that itβs very very bad for the health of your child and even for adult so I personally as a mother would not recommend you but if your child likes to have noodles look for something which is more of wheat and then you can prepare it separately for the child and another form so it would be better that you give something which is healthy instead of Maggie
