Hello doctor... my son is 37 days old. I used to give Simethicone carmicide drops to him by doctor's suggestion twice a day. Today morning also I gave that drops. But because of his stomach ache i gave Simethicone Colinol at evening. So can I give regular Carmicide at night?!?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. what the medicines what you are using will be serving the same purpose of gas in the stomach of the baby you have to maintain a gap of 6 hours between any two medicines
