A. in order to encourage a hyperactive child to remain seated and engage in a specific activity, it is crucial to consider various strategies that can help channel their energy in a positive manner. firstly, create a structured environment with clear expectations and boundaries. provide the child with active breaks in between tasks to allow them to release excess energy. utilize tactile or sensory tools such as fidget toys or stress balls to help them focus. implement visual schedules or timers to aid in transitioning between activities. additionally, incorporate activities that cater to their interests and strengths to maintain their engagement. finally, positively reinforce and praise their efforts to psromote positive behavior. by implementing these strategies consistently, you can support the child in effectively managing their hyperactivity while also fostering their engagement in activities. s
