Hello Doctor My Son is 3 years old. Woh milk pina bilkul nahi chahta, isliye use paneer deti hun aur woh ache se khata hai. Is it ok ya milk dena jaruri h ?

A. Hello mom nahi milk ya products de sakthe hai koi problem nahi hai , aap milk products jaise ghee , panner , curds bhi de sakte hai . Milk mein fresh fruits etc natural flavours add kar k de sakthe hai
