hello doctor, My son is 3 years he doesn't make long sentences but say 3 words sentences...he understands and follows all directions like if I say him to get something he does it.He talks both English n hindi ..I don't find any problem in his hearing also...he is very active boy solves puzzles plays alot.. should I wait or consult doctor...

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello I think it should be okay just try to encourage your child so the child will be able to communicate more and more and will improve the speech gradually and any concern then you may check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which is better and absolutely nothing to worry about
