hello Doctor my son is 3 year old ...but for few days I notice his head plam and feet plam is very hot ..sometimes body temp raised...so I give him calpol 250 at 6 hrs interval of time for 2 days , when I give calpol his body temp reduced ...his head temp is also but for that specific period like fr 2hrs ..but after 3 to 4 hrs his temp again rises..specially at night time ....I gave him sponge water therapy when it's above 103 ....what to do sir.....calpol is also not working...m worried very much .why this is happening?...

You can start giving meftal p to the child and if fever doesn’t come down even after 3 days you should consult your Paediatrician and get him checked abd give more liquids to the child

Get a check with your paediatrician as it could be due to some viral infection also if the fever is so high note subsiding within 72 hours that means you should go ahead with for the test of blood or something to figure out as to what possibly could be the issue
