Hello doctor, my son is 3 months old and he is peeing very less and for the last three days. he usually pee around 10 to 12 times, now he pees only 4 to 6 times. today he peed only one time. please tell me why it happens? should I take him to hospital? please advise

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour.
the minimum requirement would be more thanz 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint.
there is no problem if zthe urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night
