Hello Doctor.. My son is 3 months 20 days old. He always sleeps on his sides(mostly left).. When I try turns straightly he starts to cry.. Is it safe to sleep on his sides & He started roll over

A. there is no need to change the position of the child. if the child is having no breathing difficulty and digestion problem in a particular position then there is no need to change the position when the child is sleeping
