hello doctor, my son is 3.5 years old and his weight is 11.6kg he is underweight and very lean can you please suggest me the diet to put on weight and he at times have digestion problem too

Some babies don’t gain weight easily but in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about so you should definitely not worry about it at all. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and can start giving banana shake every morning it will help in increasing babies weight
