Hello doctor my son is 2year and 8 month his wt is 11.50 kg he is suffering from fever since 5 days I have consult doctor fever is high 102 and today's is 5 day of fever par morning also he is having the fever with cold n cough

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose fas the first linge treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
