hello doctor, my son is 26days old and having some urine infection ...doctor has given taxim-o syrup 10 drops thrice a day for 7 days.after giving it has developed ulcers in his mouth and he is crying a lot before passing urine...please recommend what should I do

A. if baby is having ulcers in the mouth had to do B complex drops to the baby along with lactobacillus you can apply local pain relieving like dentogel and the ulcers
