Hello Doctor, my son is 2 years and 4 months old. He is active and playing but not taking food since 3 days. can you please let me know the reason?

A. not taking it could be digestion issue as gas colic indigestion constipation issue.. you can give himalaya bonnison, it helps in treating digestion issue and also increase appetite.. give some favorite.. small serves..
