Hello doctor.my son is 2 years 6 months old.he is not seeing when calling his name after 5 times of calling he is seeing my face.He is only talking 3 words.very much angry he is

U Consult a child psychologist ones regarding the same because at this age kids instantly respond to their name if you’re just calling them with one formal name that they have if you’re calling a different and they get confused and also a speech therapist after that first you need to consult a child psychologist to have better clarity on
