Hello doctor, my son is 1yr 2 months now, here we don’t get cow milk so what can I give as a calcium can I give him packet milk ?though I’m still breastfeeding him.

A. if you want to give any kind of calcium supplement you need to consult your doctor and calcium is also there in other food items and other dairy products also .
