hello doctor, my son is 18months old. Suddenly from today morning he is getting fever(100) . I have given calpol syrup. After 5 hours again 100.3.Can we give mefthol p? how many days we can give calpol and when to visit doctor?

A. continue the medicines for one day Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
