hello doctor my son is 14 months old. since night he is vomitting out food water . n he is not asking for milk. what should I do

A. Give syp vomikind yo ise baby 2 ml 2 times a day, Offer something to eat it drink 1 hours after giving medicine. Also give ors water n breast feed more often
