Q.

hello doctor my son is 13 months old. he drinks cow's milk and had started eating little bit of food but now he is facing problem in passing his stool. it's too tight that he is facing problems and sometimes blood comes.pĺease suggest and help..

A. baby is 1 year 1 month having constipation Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question in this does happen in some cases I would suggest what you need to do is make you at least including 2 to 4 servings of fruits and vegetables which will help balance out the constipation that is caused by cow milk
