Q.
Hello Doctor, my son is 12 months old his having fever from yesterday night onwards,I have given paracetamol still his temperature is 101.4 .His body temperature is going down and up like below 99 and again it's going above 101.I need to consult the doctor now or I can wait tomorrow morning I can visit?please guide me. Hi You can let the night passed if the temperature is in control start doing Thanda Pani ki patti that is also going to help in reducing down the temperature and still if the temperature is fluctuating till the morning then you should consult your doctor ones
