hello Doctor my son is 11 months now since he born he is only into formula milk (lactogen) ,and cerelac rarely he drinks milk 6 to 8 times a day. but now they are news that nestle products are not good, am so confused what to do please guide us

A. Hi parent as per your child age no need to give any formula feed to your child please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu khir pancakes sabudana porridge etc
