Hello doctor my son is 10 month old from morning he iz not having any food but he iz active...from evening he iz biteing frequently while feeding may i get a help

Teething could be happening with your child and that is why your child is not eating properly and biting also like to mention these are the very common symptoms for us to check to understand that what could possibly be the reason for the more you can check the gums of your child if you see swelling in hardness you will come to know that that’s the only reason
