Hello doctor my son having small small pimples around mouth. he is 1 year 7 months old. please suggest me regarding this.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can use Boroline anti septic cream that is going to be very good as of now maybe your child is having its further teeth or pre-molar as that can lead to excessive saliva and these rashes or pimples can appear because of that
