hello doctor my son having bitter mouth taste from yesterday morning but I didn't understand what happen then at night he feel restless. then I give ibuprofen paracetamol 5 ml and in the morning he woke up at 6 n shiver from cold. then now suggest me medicine what to give and how to take care in fever of my child.
