Q.

Hello Doctor, My son having 1 year 6 months. He is not eating anything even he is opening his mouth. I have consulted doctor he gave drops but it didn't work. Can you suggest how to feed him food. I am waring please suggest me.

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements hc and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. h Diet counselling is also very important .

A. good evening I would recommend you to just make sure that you try to give your child some natural appetizers which will help to improve the appetite of your baby you can give nimbu pani ajwain water
