hello doctor...my son has mouth ulcer and is not eating anything including liquids. what should I give him or what should I do?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 26 months old and he is having a mouth ulcers so he doesn’t eat any food items even liquid too so give him syrup Zincovit 4 ml two times a day and apply zytee cream on the ulcers
