Hello Doctor, My son has fever from last two days, in evening we see temperature in his head and later in night his whole body becomes very hot. Rest of the time he is normal but not eating properly. we see growth of molar teeth as well. is this the reason of his fever. Thank you

Sometimes the body temperature can become hot by the end of the night because of its mostly to exhaustion if it is happening only in the night so I was just advise you currently to take the temperature if it is mostly 99 or more than 99 when it is fever and if it is been happening for more than two or three days then you should check with your doctor
