Hello doctor my son had cough so I showed him to my pediatrician he suggested these medicines attaching doctors medicines below . It's 4 days but he still coughing pls suggest me what to do damm worried

A. you have to again meet the doctor to see whether the child is improving or not because already you have given all the medicines including the antibiotics so take a follow up
