hello doctor my son gets upset tummy very often, though he is eating almost home cooked food, fruits and dry fruits only. What's the reason behind this?

A. Mam sometimes you don’t eating with dirty hands not not washing hands properly picking up things from here and they’re keeping the hands constantly into the mountain and also need to upset stomach it’s not the food sometimes it is the hygiene issue also
