hello doctor, my son complains of pain in right leg in middle of night, he is unable to explain whether it's cramps or anything else.can u suggest something for him?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain.
it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency.
if there is excexssive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be limb pain.
if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required
