Hello Doctor, My son Akki is 4 years old. He has had a fever for the past 2 days. As advised by a local RMP doctor, I have been giving him Paracetamol 250 mg. The fever comes down after the medicine, but it returns again after a few hours.

A. It’s the nature of fever to repeat 4/5 hours so please ck to ur with the medication every 6 hours and if the fever doesn’t subside within 3 days then h should chek with your doc as it may not b an ordinary fever so please check once
